The first step is to pick a design or customize your design so it fits well on the cup. As you can see in the video, the words are stacked so they fit nicely on the mug and they are easily seen all at once.

After you have your design ready, you will measure your cup to see what size you need to cut the design

In Design Space, you will now resize your design to fit the measurement of the cup.

Next you will cut your vinyl using the correct pressure settings. If you are using vinyl that is transferrable, you will want to cut it in reverse (mirrored).

After that you will weed your design and get it ready to place on the cup. In this example, a sticky transfer paper was used to transfer the design to the cup.

Make sure to clean your cup with alcohol to prevent dust from interfering with the adhesive.

After you have transferred the design to the cup, you can use dishwasher save modge-podge painted on for an extra layer of protection.
